BOSS: I thought so, too. This was the best ratings the show has ever had. But the network doesn’t care about that. They only see money.

QUEEN: …So that’s it? We just… disappear?
BOSS: I wish I had better news. I really do.

QUEEN: Maybe if I’d worked faster. Pushed harder. Maybe if I’d…
BOSS: No. Don’t do that. This isn’t on you, Queen. You are excellent. It’s the budget, not you.
Panel 5:
QUEEN: It's my show. I have 23 animators depending on me. Nicole just bought a house, Mark’s about to have a baby, and now I have to tell them their lives are over!
Panel 6:
BOSS: Queen, don't take this personal. This isn’t your fault.
QUEEN: I let them down. They’ll remember it like it was my fault. So will I…
